What if my keypad doesn’t look like any of the examples above?
We can work with most systems in the market. You can text a picture of your equipment to 770-507-5828 or give us a call to speak to a representative.
Do I need a landline phone?
Not Anymore! All new customers are setup with cellular wireless monitoring.
What kind of repair warranty do I get?
Any equipment installed by KMT Systems comes with a 1 year part and labor warranty. We recommend an assurance program on the new touch screen systems. They are no longer just security keypads on the wall but sophisticated devices like mobile devices.
Do I have to register my alarm?
Certain municipalities in Georgia require alarm systems to be registered. We compiled a list on our site but for the most up-to-date information for your property, please contact your local authorities. Failure to register your alarm could result in response delays, fines, or even the refusal to respond by your local authority.
Can I get an insurance discount if I install a security system?
Most insurance companies extend a discount on your homeowners’ insurance if you have monitored security and/or life safety system. You can potentially receive additional discounts with cellular monitoring and water protection. We recommend you contact your insurance company to find out what they offer for discounts. When we install a security system in your home, we will complete the necessary paperwork and send off to your insurance agent, where you can take advantage of any additional discounts.
